ZEKA RANCH

Antioch’s Future Premiere Executive and Estate Home Community

(under planning with City of Antioch)

About Zeka Ranch

Nestled in the picturesque, rolling foothills of Mt. Diablo, near the former coal mining towns of the 1860’s in southwest Antioch, California, Zeka Ranch is planned to be a 331-executive and estate home, gated community. Designed by the award-winning team of architects and planners of the Dahlin Group, plans include 54 Hillside lots and 277 Estate lots on 188 acres of the 639-acre property, on each side of the Sand Creek corridor.eka Ranch will be a unique, secluded hideaway of tranquility, cooled by coastal and Delta breezes, and filled with oaks and wildlife.

Zeka Ranch is located adjacent to the East Bay Regional Park District’s 8,533 acres of permanent open space in the Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve, and will connect to its 65 miles of trails. Coyotes, mountain lions, bobcats, foxes and deer are occasionally spotted in the area, while over 100 species of birds have been seen, from the meadowlark to the rare golden eagle, and other birds of prey that soar overhead.

Zeka Ranch will be the place in Eastern Contra Costa County to get away from it all, while just minutes away from everything the Delta and Bay Area have to offer.
